2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account with borneo77, you must:

2.4 Any winnings accrued by a player who does not satisfy the eligibility requirements — including underage players — are void and will be forfeited. Initial deposits will be returned to the source payment method at borneo77's discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the borneo77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, borneo77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and update this information as necessary. borneo77 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account details provided by you, including errors in registered email addresses, payment details, or personal information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as your own activity. You must notify borneo77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of a borneo77 account to any third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds therein.
3.5 borneo77 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. borneo77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform's banking page, which currently includes Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency options. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
4.2 Currency. All accounts on the borneo77 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All displayed balances, stakes, winnings, and transaction amounts are in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. Maximum single transaction limits may apply and are communicated within the relevant payment interface.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) no outstanding disputes or security investigations on the account; and (d) the withdrawal amount not exceeding the balance available as withdrawable funds (as distinct from active bonus funds).
4.5 Source of Funds. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. borneo77 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.
4.6 borneo77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which borneo77 accepts no responsibility.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by borneo77 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements may vary — live dealer games, table games, and sportsbook bets typically contribute at different rates than slots.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. borneo77 monitors bonus activity to identify patterns indicative of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: systematic low-risk play solely to meet wagering requirements; exploitation of perceived errors in bonus terms; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; and use of strategies that guarantee profit from bonus funds. borneo77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
5.4 borneo77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for recreational players and borneo77 may limit or exclude any player from promotional eligibility at its discretion.
6.1 All bets placed on the borneo77 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific game and sport rules published on the Platform. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with applicable rules before placing any bet.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by borneo77. borneo77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after the outcome of an event is known, bets placed on erroneous odds, and bets that exceed applicable stake limits.
6.3 Obvious Errors. If a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous (including pricing errors, data feed errors, or misconfigured markets), borneo77 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
6.4 Results and Settlements. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live studio outcomes, and are final. Sportsbook results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, borneo77's determination is final and binding.
6.5 Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event. Winnings remain subject to KYC verification and these Terms prior to withdrawal.

borneo77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or confiscate any funds in such accounts. borneo77 may report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, borneo77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other losses whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.2 borneo77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. borneo77 does not guarantee any particular outcome from your use of the Platform. Past results do not predict future outcomes. You agree to take full responsibility for your own gambling decisions and accept that borneo77 bears no liability for gambling losses incurred by you.
10.4 In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, borneo77's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11.1 borneo77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
11.2 borneo77 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data transmission between your device and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
11.3 borneo77 may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or in response to lawful requests. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of borneo77's data protection obligations.
12.1 By You. You may request closure of your borneo77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any available balance in your account (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding disputes.
12.2 By borneo77. borneo77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; identification of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC requirements; account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction to do so.
12.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no transaction) for twelve (12) or more consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the Platform's fee schedule. borneo77 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying dormancy procedures.
13.1 borneo77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, borneo77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be stated clearly on the Terms page.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
14.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which borneo77 holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and borneo77, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. borneo77 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a final response within thirty (30) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
14.4 Malaysian Users. borneo77 operates under international jurisdiction licensing. Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful in Malaysia and for complying with applicable Malaysian laws. borneo77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in Malaysia. Access to the Platform from Malaysia is at the user's own risk and discretion.
